I had a tour here and let me say wow!! This place was actually really nice for the price!! The gym alone is a win!! I really enjoyed my tour with Alexis who was super friendly and informative. She answered all my questions and was patient with me. As a college student I think this is a great place. I’m looking forward to staying here.

I had a great experience finding an apartment here. Alma was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to show us around. The environment was quiet, and the amenities were very clean and smelled fresh. Highly recommend!

Update – Just Moved In! I promised an update once I officially arrived from out of state, and I am happy to say the experience has surpassed even my highest expectations. While a long-distance relocation is rarely without its hurdles, the team here ensured mine was remarkably seamless. I encountered a brief challenge with my garage just as my moving truck was arriving, but the team responded with impressive urgency. The maintenance crew intervened immediately to resolve the issue, ensuring everything was perfect before the movers began their work. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the extraordinary leasing team: Alma, Phoebe, and Alexis. Their dedication and genuine care have been the hallmark of my transition. Knowing the maintenance team is equally proactive provides immense peace of mind. Moving from out of state is a significant undertaking, and naturally, there is a lot of anxiety involved in the process. However, from my very first phone call, Alexis provided me with complete peace of mind. She went far beyond the standard 'leasing agent' role. She was incredibly professional, but also so warm-hearted and friendly. It was a truly touching experience to have someone care so much about helping me. She took the time to share detailed information, sent photos, and walked me through the documents so smoothly. I've been living on this property for 3 years on and off. The first year on this property was a struggle getting the assistance I needed. Within the last 2 years, I’ve seen major improvements with the immediate responses to my work orders that are called in. I’m not sure when Ray started working for Bexley Apartments; however, he has been super responsive and extremely helpful. All issues were addressed in a timely manner if not, a lot faster than I expected. When I was frustrated due to unforeseen circumstances, Ray has always remained respectful and professional. Ray is always kind and responded to any questions I may have.

The leasing staff are PHENOMENAL! They have patiently answered all questions and concerns. The property is very well kept. Could not recommend this place more. Thank you Phoebe, Alma and Alexis! Y’all have been standouts when searching for apartments.

My girlfriend and I have lived in a total of 7 different apartments between the two of us and our jobs have us regularly working with homeowners all across the greater Austin area. This is the nicest apartment complex we have ever lived at. The amenities like the clubhouse, gym, and pool, combined with the top-notch maintenance and management make the living experience fantastic. It is like living at a resort with a community that is more welcoming than any you'll find. If a vacancy ever opens up, I strongly recommend staying at Bexley Round Rock.

Ray is one of the best on the maintenance team at Bexley! She creates a cozy atmosphere on the property and is knowledgeable about how to fix appliances/ any maintenance issues.

I have had an absolutely positive experience from my first visit as a potential tenant to being a tenant at Bexley Apartments in Round Rock, Texas. The office staff is always accommodating, professional and genuinely cares. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is spacious and full of natural light. I highly recommend Bexley Apartments in Round Rock!
